5. Payment Terms
Payment for our services and products is due as specified in your invoice. We offer financing options over 6 months with interest-only payments. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
6. Warranty
Forever Lights offers a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty on our products and services. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Lights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through our services.
