How much does permanent outdoor lighting cost?

Will I ever need to climb a ladder again?
Never. Once the tracks are installed on your soffit, every future colour change or on/off command happens from our mobile app. No ladders, no clips, no tangled wires — ever again.
How do the lights stay hidden during the day?
We colour-match the track to your soffit and fascia during a site visit. From the street, the track is virtually invisible. Neighbours won't notice it until your lights come on.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Yes — the Forever Lights app is available on Android and iOS. Control colour, brightness, schedules, and effects from anywhere in the world via WiFi.
How long do the LED lights last?
Our LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours of use — that's over 20 years at average usage. They're backed by a 5-year parts warranty and 1-year labour warranty.
Are the lights weatherproof for Canadian winters?
Yes. Our fixtures are IP68-rated (waterproof for underwater use) and CSA-approved. They're extensively tested to perform down to -40°C — no Canadian winter is a match.
Do I need a permit for installation?
No permit is required when connecting to your home's existing GFCI-protected receptacle. Our team handles all the details.
How energy-efficient is the system?
Each LED point consumes only 0.3 watts — making a full house installation far cheaper to run than traditional holiday lights, at a fraction of the operating cost.
Can lights be installed on any soffit material?
Yes — we install on wood, aluminum, and vinyl soffit and fascia. During our site visit we assess your home and recommend the best mounting approach.
What happens if a light stops working?
Call us. Our 5-year parts warranty means we replace defective components at no cost to you. Most issues are resolved remotely or with a single service visit.
