Permanent lighting should be maintenance-free — but connectors loosen, controllers fail, and cheaper systems go dark in sections. Our technicians diagnose and repair permanent LED lighting, whether we installed it or not.
If a run of your lights has gone dark, colours look wrong, or the app has lost connection to your controller, our team can help. We carry replacement LED sections, connectors, power supplies, and controllers, and we diagnose most issues in a single visit — often repairing the affected section rather than replacing the whole run.
For systems we installed, our 5-year parts warranty covers defective components at no cost, and many problems are resolved remotely through the controller. For systems installed by other companies, we offer straightforward service call pricing and honest recommendations — sometimes a quick fix, sometimes an upgrade to a more reliable track.
